Simple tasks are made to be very difficult due to outdated processes. Customer service is a mixed bag. Some staff are extremely rude.
The worst customer service. Holding Hurricane IRMA insurance checks for a week. No common sense. No leadership. No help. Closing my accounts as soon as they release my check. Been a customer for over ten years.
