I give it 2 stars, not because of this branch, but because of the corporation. The branch itself is clean and the staff members are pleasant to deal with. As a bank this is one of the worst banks ever. For a bank that is here to make it the best experience 'for the people' they sure have heck do not try to make that experience so.
