I contacted Candice Shoffner on May 6 2016 for a refi on my Mortgage. I was sent all the documentation required and never got a follow up call or email. After sending several emails, i finally got a follow up email months later stating that a closing was going to be scheduled and i was be contacted by the closing attorney. Fast forward to August and i still haven't heard anything from the closing attorney.
