Terrible experience from start to finish. Check-in and communication are only through text messages. The entrance is very sharp and unsafe right off the main road. Even if you arrive on time for your appointment, be prepared to wait at least 2 hours. You’re not allowed to wait on-site — they send you to a nearby Pilot truck stop and only call you back when (and if) they’re ready. Very poorly organized and highly inconvenient.
