Can't navigate it
My HSA/FSA accounts were with McGriff for the last five years. Every time I had a need, I spoke with some guy who was "The Practice Leader." While his title might sound like a villain from "The Matrix" trilogies, he was actually really a great guy and always VERY kind, patient, and helpful. He spent time educating me on what I needed to do as a client to be successful using my cards according to the rules. I've since changed employers, who use another FSA vendor, but I do miss the white glove treatment I received at McGriff.
This company has provided me with the most frustrating flex benefits experience imaginable. To start, I received instructions on how to active my FSA card for 2020 in December.. but didn't receive a card. I called, waited on hold for a very long time and after speaking with someone over the phone, received a card 2 weeks later. So now I have the card, but I couldn't log in in the online portal to activate the card using the credentials they supplied to me. Had to call again and wait on hold again. Got it activated.
