The company I work for deals with them regularly. The first couple of years from 2019 until October '21 I had very little problem with them. Then when the regular tellers left, it became chaotic. The staff changes so much that many of them don't know they system, nor do they provide good customer service. There have been very long wait times for deposits and change. One of the worst businesses I’ve ever had done business with. Piss poor customer service. Call and text and get no reply. Soon to change. Get better service at McDonalds, and I don’t even go there. Too bad I had to give the a star to provide this post, they don’t even deserve that.

Debbie Collins was the most arrogant self-righteous person I can recall ever speaking with. I came to her with a problem, and she had the answer before I ever could tell her the problem. Forty-five minutes on hold and all I get is a "are you still there?" then a "bye bye" and come get the printout if you want it. So no help, no suggestions on how to fix the problem, no offer of services to keep the issue from happening again. Just a "are you still there?" and a "bye bye."

The tellers know me by name and always greet me when I arrive. I have my business account with them and the one time I had an issue they took care of it quickly and professionally. : )
