Been with Suntrust for over 22 years. After this merge. It might be time to say goodbye. Customer service went down to below zero. They took all control from the branches and referred all issues to the 1800 number that never answers. 2 hour wait time and calls disconnect. Thank you for this merge that you were not ready for.
It states they are open on Saturdays till noon. I drive 45 mins up there only for them to be closed. Pls ensure your info on Google matches your intentions.

Very curious on the phone and I like how I can call in to get my order of change. I just wish they were a bit faster since I called ahead of time instead of taking 5 minutes each time. But very clean place and workers are quick and to the point. Not as friendly as Wells Fargo, but still polite and respectful.
