Truist is a horrible bank. Since they acquired suntrust I have had a horrible experience. Stay away. Poor customer service. They also should cancel there telephone line because I’ve called 10+ times and get no response.
Location on 17th street is run by incompetent people. The manager and employees do not care about customer service and do not know Truist policy. They do not care to do their jobs, they are trying to go home.
Bad service! 7 days to get my small business check cash in to my account. Now we understand why your bank failed! It is very bad system and make no sense to wait 7 days.

I was having the WORST morning ever. Found a bunch of strange charges on my account the night before. I'm unfamiliar with the area. I kept driving in circles trying to find a BB&T. FINALLY found this place. Free parking up to two hours. Went inside and asked to speak to someone in an office. They sent me over to Dee Thomas.
