The Hopeman Branch has been closed.
Really disappointed. I am a corporate customer who sat in line at the drive thru for over 15 minutes only to be told they won't give change back off of deposits to customers such as I and would not be able to process my transactions. I really was incredulous. I got to the Charlottesville branches and have never once been told this. Instead of explaining the rationale or making an exception to help me out this one time, I was given a courteous "move along". The woman was not unpleasant but not helpful.
