Staff are always friendly, my family have been banking there for many years.
No help with my account, I have to go to another branch to find someone who is capable of understanding my situation. She was making unprofessional and unrelated comments towards me and my accounts when we are talking about atm and one time transaction fees. I will really consider changing banks after this experience. I came to the branch for assistance and to see if something was able to be done about it but instead got someone with a bad attitude and lack of experience in their work field
I’ve been banking at this branch for 4 years and I love everyone that works at this branch. They’re very welcoming. They know my kids on a first name bases. The branch manager Carlos is awesome! Lester is always in a great mood and ready to help! Sanaa is very cool calm and collected. Julie is a sweetheart! Thank you for always taking great care of me and all of my business banking and personal banking needs! Keep up the great work ladies and gentlemen!
