This place is ridiculously SLOW. The system is always down. And after you've waited an eternity I'm line that's when they tell you. Wouldn't it be a bright idea to have sign out to tell customers your system is down? Especially if you know the system is down on a regular basis! And don't get me started on some the employees attitude. I recommend going to the one on Falls of Neuse. Much faster/smoother service!!!
This bank is ridiculous. There were only two cars in front of me and I’ve now been waiting for almost an hour. I finally sent my simple cash deposit in and have been waiting another ten minutes and counting while watching the teller talking on her personal cell phone without a care in the world. BB&T and Suntrust merged two years ago and still can’t get there stuff together. This branch never has had the best customer service but now it’s non existent. They have 4 lanes but only use two.
