my first checking account, i tried to close it when i moved to pa, back when bb&t had not yet bought out susquehanna. they agreed. then didnt close the account. it got hit with a recurring fee. i was told i had to pay it all to close the account. me being young, i did. and now i recently got an email from them saying my online bank account was locked. it has been almost a decade. its a shame one star is required to rate.
Not open on the weekends? Closes at 4 on weekdays? Basically there is no way for me to use this bank. It’s the only BBT in town now with a coin machine and they’re not open at convenient times for someone who works a full day..
