Terrible customer service. Lots of fees. Tried to pay a bill online, and it wouldn't allow me to do that. I called customer service, 30 minutes later I was told that I have to go into the branch. I went into the branch to pay the bill and they weren't sure why the internet software wasn't working and sent me on my way. I called again into the customer service who told me the account was "dormant" and I would have to go back into the branch office and make a withdrawal for it to become active again.
