Drive thru takes forever. Always go in, it’s quicker. The drive thru averages 7 - 10 min a vehicle. I called to let them know how bad there service it. Nothing has changed, thats why I’m making this review.
I have used this branch in Emmaus for many years. Ron, Shelly and the team have always been very courteous and professional no matter what name might be on the front door. Home style banking for sure.
Local people are great but services have gone way down since the takeover of Susquehanna by BB&T. Predatory fees, for example $72 for a returned check plus an additional $72 for insufficient funds if it should happen. Almost all authority has been taken from branch officers. Once you get beyond the local branch, the bank management in NC is rude and surly.
