Very unfriendly Teller.
Had a question about one of the 4 accounts I keep at this bank. Tried to reach the branch by phone for 2 days - no answer - no voicemail. On the 3rd today someone named Ana answered the phone and when I asked if their phones had been broken I was told that if any of the employees are with a customer the phones are not answered. Definitely won’t come back here, I disagreed with the teller(Edwin) and ask for a manager and he told me no managers on site. And basically never resolved my situation. Not coming back here.
