Don’t waist your time opening with BB&T, their service is literally trash. I came on Wednesday around 4pm to open a new business account and they had me waiting 45 minutes while there was 2 bankers available just to tell me I had to make an appointment. I promise I will never open an account with BB&T again because they don’t value people’s time. Also, I was the only person waiting for a banker. Stopped by the bank on a Friday (they close at 6). Walk up to go inside. A few customers walking away mad. That’s when I found out the bank was closed. It’s 430 ??? No reason no sign not even the drive through open. I know it wasn’t the weather cause Raleigh roads have been fine until after 7pm. It’s hard enough to find a bank that’s actually open nowadays. Time to change banks
This morning my husband went the the BBand T on Leland Drive at Forestville Crossings for assistance in making some decisions. We had called in advance for an appointment and were seen immediately. Awful experience. Made a 10:00am notary appointment. Only one notary in the building and three other bankers. At 9:50, aware of her 10:00am appointment, the notary takes in 2 customers. I had to leave without notarizing my documents at 10:23 when, without acknowledging the royal inanity of the entire decision, she couldn't tell me whether I would have my one page document notarized by 10:30, 30 minutes after my appointment.
