Originally had as a 5 star. Bbt was bought by truist around a year ago and they're still not out of their growing pains. Hopefully I can edit this review in the future as I miss having a 5 star bank.
If I could give negative stars I would, ridiculous rules!!!!!!! They wouldn't even let my wife paid my credit card bill in person because I wasn't with her. They've totally lost my business, I will never recommend them
Drive through says it’s policy that you must be a member to exchange $20s for $100 Told me to go to my bank Haha. Jokes on you BB&T. I bank with USAA. You could never get my business. But not allowing exchange? Per Biden, C’mon man
Hopefully you never have an issue with the banking, the onsite personnel are great. if you have an issue that corporate needs to assist be ready to be stonewalled and ran around. They do not care to attempt to assist their customers.
Its great and they take time to provide service to you and you dont feel like your in a herd of cattle getting branded.
