Went to deposit CASH in my son's account for Christmas.....GUESS WHAT???? They do NOT EXCEPT CASH.....Absurd!!!
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Stopped at BB&T to get cash for a weekend at the beach, entered required info as normal only to then get a message the system was not available due to "System Upgrade and bank merger". ATM did not return the card. Customer service for BB&T was fully automated and no options for emergenct customer needs outside or regular banking functions. Truist (the merger bank) had customer service with an accent, but he (Peter) was unable to assist due to not having access to BB&T records. NO Emergency telep... read more
Terrible bank. Don’t waste your time here. They took so much money because of “the way they handle their deposits “ Liars, rude and incompetent.
