I récenle had the worst experience with a teller in the Miami Springs office she was very rude and disrespectful I was trying to get a check from the bank she asked me for my account all I said you have it in front of you she got offended and rip my check and she said go to another teller I hope she gets the proper training to deal with customers her name is PERLA AGUILERA THE MIAM SPRINGS BRANCH
Truist is the worse Bank of all the Banks. They hold your checks for 90 Business days which is ridiculous. So you make your deposits but your deposits are not valid for 90 days which renders your account useless to pay Bills or to pay anything. Very Corrupt. Stay away from Truist !

As other reviewers have mentioned, the person whose name begins with an E and ends with an O is an absolutely deplorable customer service representative. The attitude began immediately when Spanish wasn't my native language - he was impatient, repeatedly gave me the same response & didn't try to help at all.
