Customer service is atrocious. They charge an $8 check cashing fee if a non-member cashes a check of a member. When I pushed back on this, they suggested the member should meet me at the branch, make a withdrawal, then hand me the money. Suggesting inconveniencing a long-term customer for an hour in order to accomplish what a check is intended for isn't a reasonable solution. I won't ever open account with them and I won't be surprised when they lose my family members' accounts after this story.

The main office remains closed. All drive thru lanes are open however I have spent my entire lunch break waiting in line. Thats a bit much
