Sat at the drive thru teller for 15 min and pushed button, teller comes on and states she will be with me soon. Another 5 min goes by. I ring again and still nobody. I had to park and walk in and wait again. This place sucks!
TERRIBLE BANK STAY AWAY. I have a business account and these people randomly shut down my Zelle. Walked into the bank they told me to to call Zelle just for Zelle to tell me my bank flagged my account. Nobody called me, nobody helped they just randomly affected my income. Going to Bank of America
CJ the teller is rude as all get out. I waited in line for over ten minutes. When Cj called me to her desk I said hey and she asked what was going on today. I've been a long time customer, my checking had to be closed due to FRAU D. I needed a temp ATM card, the male teller said " we can't do this it's a new account. " I need to pay bills with this card, : no new account no debit card, I'll give u cash to pay bills",I was getting annoyed because I was trying to explain, a new checking, but esta lished saving etc. Finally he said let me ck with manager.
