I opened an account in a Virginia location and since moved to Missouri where there are no BB&Ts. When visiting family I had to do some business at the closest BB&T, which ended up being this one. Mrs. Nikki was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone actually connect the dots and make my transaction a breeze. Thank you!
Nice location with pleasant employees.
Policies of BB&T make for poor customer care. Customer service is horrendous. This bank makes it feels like I have to have a lot of money and accounts to feel worthy of any customer service, otherwise I am pushed to the back to of the list. Have had much better customer service from other branches.
