Great bank my experience yesterday was like no other went to the BB&T branch on broadway and they act like I was trying to still my money came to this branch and was treated how a customer should treated 5 stars from me.
Worst bank ever. Everything needs to be done at a branch and there are never enough employees to help so you have to wait an hour in the lobby. Every single time. You can afford to add a second banker on a Saturday!
