The best location BB&T in Ephrata
I am SO glad corporate is CLOSING this branch. The majority of people there, especially their local branch leadership has been terrible to work with for business and personal accounts. GOOD RIDDANCE! Hopefully this brand as a whole does better vetting of people when they make hiring decisions. Most of the local branches in this area have such poor customer service its akin to the average uneducated, inexperienced and unskilled McDonald's employee.
Now owned by yet another larger bank, it has become very strange (all new people) again and not personal anymore. 😭

Unfortunately the branch manager doesn't fully understanding some products, which caused me a hassle shortly after opening business and personal accounts. Communication there is TERRIBLE (yes, that is shouting via type) and while speaking to 4 people, only one girl called me back....I'd requested the manager call me via messages and voice mails, and had no reply after multiple attempts. Had to call the main customer service location in North Carolina, and then go to another branch to get these issues resolved. Unprofessional... read more
