Super slow!!!!!
Rude incompetent. Woman who worked there made to effort to resolve my issue. Was rude. Never bothered to introduce herself not greet me. Was just plain rude.
I'd recommend going to a different location. My checking was hacked and they did nothing but make my whole situation more painful. There should be training on how to handle a now very typical scenario in 2022.
Very understaffed. Hard to get service. Took over 30 minutes to get helped with only one person in front of me. Not any of the employees fault, but if you’re in a rush probably go somewhere else.
A single teller at 12:33pm with four people in line. They closed all the other locations Kildare and Harrison Ave are both closed. No drive thru. This is the bank not caring about established clients and only catering to the new money out here in Morrisville. I will be closing my accounts and moving to a credit union. I've been with bbt and SunTrust before that for a solid twenty years.
