Service has gone straight downhill since merger. On hold for 39 minutes and than a note to use another phone and text! Almost impossible to solve any problems online. Sun Trust use to be great!
2 weeks ago I went in and made deposits to both my busines accounts and personal account went home and 2 hours later noticed teller deposits all into one of my business accounts went back to correct and she told me it was my fault if she made the error as I should only make one deposits Into one account. 2 hours later I thought it was fixed only to find out 2 days later she made a even worse error and had to go back for another 2 hours to correct.
Slowest bank I have ever been to truly terrible customer service waiting 45 min behind 2 cars in a drive thru
Slowest bank EVER and it doesn’t matter when you come any time of day. Always a line and always takes forever! Ridiculous
We all know a bank review is going to have very little impact but sometimes we just need to vent. We waited until the lunch rush was well over and we still waited 50 MINUTES, 7+ cars deep, at a four lane drive-through with two lanes closed. Some people changed their minds but could not safely leave the lines. The manager must surely know that there is a pandemic going full force, two banks are merging into one, the bank doors are locked, and the drive-through is going to be very busy.
