Today I needed help with a few things that arrived in the mail from BB&T . Miss Taylor came right over and got to work in a short time all was well! Three issues all taken care of. A wonderful experience!! Thank you.
Derrick Hill is horrible at his job. He wouldnt double check my account or call another store to double check that I'm right .. and when the lady in window called me back to come back because I was right . He couldn't show his face to apologize.
