Worst location ever. They didn’t want to make change for me and just had a nasty attitude with me. I don’t recommend this location. Also why are you guys closing the lobby when COVID is not even close to ending, is just ridiculous!!!!
If I could give less than 1 star I would. BB&T is the absolute worst bank I've dealt with in my life. Customer services wait times on hold of over 4 hours (for fraud); denied money back into my account on numerous attempts; and the customer service staff is extremely unhelpful. Jose Valesquez- the branch manager at this location- was extremely unhelpful and could not provide any more information than I already could myself. PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!! Sincerely, a very disappointed customer.
Long time customer at BBT. Took my son to this location three times to create a student account. Was turned away twice because they were "short-handed." Third time I called several times to find a good time to get this done. Come in at this time, and guess what - they tried to turn me away again and questioned who told me I should come in.
