I have had an account at several banks before,and by far this is the best bank.
This place gets 0 starts for how bad the bank is. I chose to "Opt-Out" so my bank account would NOT charge into the negative, but somehow or someone changes my status to "Opt-In" and i continued to got charged $8.00 everyday for a -0.04 charge. And then they tell me they can't do anything about it. The branch managers attitude at this branch is AWFUL. When trying to explain he was rude and offered absolutely no help. BB&T is NOT a good bank!!! It will screw you over!
