Terrible customer service . Been a client 3 + years and Couldn’t get access to my own money when my ID expired . Regardless that I know all the account information , and had ordered a replacement debit card and could show them proof my new IF was coming next week, they wouldn’t give me a temporary card ,because their words “they hadn’t seen me Before “.
