My husband had one of worst experiences with this location. He went in to inquire about a Trust and one of the tellers an Asian lady replies oh thats for well to do people. Never judge a book by its cover. No wonder why this location is closing down. This was the broadway and Belfort location. |
Gave us a fake $50 bill and now they can’t do anything about it! I guarantee you someone messed up and tried to pawn it off to someone else just so they wouldn’t have it taken out of their check!
I love truist bank they are very friendly and provides the best customer service
