Mr. Arlan Potts has the nastiest attitude. The bank needs to train him on hospitality and proper customer service. He is extremely rude and has the most horrible and unpleasant behavior. He doesn't seem to know what he is doing and is unwilling to listen to your needs so we can figure it out together. He over talks you and has no clue what his job description entails. He IS AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE BANKER. He needs to be sent back for more training or removed from the bank till he fixes his attitude.

Mr. Arlan Potts I’m not sure if he forgot bb&t was a community bank. He is very arrogant and not good at helping with personal needs . He often likes too state personal opinion this isn’t the first conversation with him. Besides that I love the other staff they are great understanding they seem too enjoy what they do . I would give a 0 because of Arlan but I love the others so I’ll give a 3

We are in the process of moving from Virginia to the Houston area and Katie was an integral part of making the purchase of our new home possible, helping us trouble shoot the fact that our bank does not exist here, and she turned what seemed like an insurmountable hurdle into a small crack in the sidewalk. She was so friendly and so helpful. We're so glad we found her!
