Used to be good, now the service is just Ridiculous.
One of worst banks around. Cut hours are not reflected on website or voicemail when you call. They closed the downtown office, thinking it is okay to have to drive 12 miles to do business with them. Cut down the number of branches when other financial institutions are adding branches. Soon customers will go elsewhere and you can close all of them.
We should be notified when your branch is closed for the day Update probably 2 out of the 4 weeks I go in there's a sign saying you're closed a phone call text or even email would be nice before I go across town I know yall banks can do that
