Had a scary story happen this morning. Berated by another customer could’ve escalated I did nothing wrong . Staff let this person continue . Staff left passive aggressive remarks to me. I would like the branch manager to reach out. I will never go back and continue to tell people how I was not protected . Counter person wasn't welcoming and acted like I was bothering her. They can take my $3 fee at their ATM, but when I asked if I may have (2) $10 bills as change for the $20 I just got from them, the teller told me I had to be a member and walked away.
They are the best. Very helpful and everyone is so nice. Best customer service 👍
If you are black or brown colored, do not go to this bank every time I go in here I deal with racism. It is the only truest bank and all of Dauphin county that I have the issues that I hear. I wanted to deposit a check. When I got home 10 miles away (closest bank to enola) the check was given back to me. And a deposit slip. And no phone # listed on google map for the location. I'm done with this bank!
