Having visited several Truist Branches in this region, Gettysburg Road has always been helpful. Each time I use drive thru at mid day, with no problems and nice folks helping on the inside, despite the lobby being open. Jonestown road branch is poorly staffed and will mess you up if going during a lunch hour.
The Camp Hill Truist Bank - this bank/branch has THE friendliest, most helpful tellers! Elizabeth calls us by name. Our questions are answered. Deposits or withdrawals are processed smoothly and efficiently. We always leave with a smile !
Why can’t they have English speaking customer service reps? They all have heavy foreign accents AND they speak fast. Beyond ridiculous. I guess the higher ups could care less.
