my family and I have dealt with this branch several times in past year and have received excellent service with personal banking needs and at the counter.
I came to the bank so I can open up a debit card I was new in pa so they asked me for my license and I handed to the old man that works there and my license from Mississippi he throw my license back and told me I need a proof of address in pa I well never go back to this place not recommending no one to go there are very disrespectful and they very racist
Had a scary story happen this morning. Berated by another customer could’ve escalated I did nothing wrong . Staff let this person continue . Staff left passive aggressive remarks to me. I would like the branch manager to reach out. I will never go back and continue to tell people how I was not protected . Update talked to a branch manager Tom Useless 32 years as manager didn’t know what he was doing felt like he was reading a script basically told me they don’t want employees to get involved which there behind a counter lol ... read more
Counter person wasn't welcoming and acted like I was bothering her. They can take my $3 fee at their ATM, but when I asked if I may have (2) $10 bills as change for the $20 I just got from them, the teller told me I had to be a member and walked away.
