BB&T, was great, like old town bank. TRUIST Financial VERY POOR customer support. No way to easily contact them. They removed their email address from their website. Don't have FB messenger. Phone call average wait time excess of 1 hour.

Until this bank became 'Truist", I loved it. The staff - at the branch and via phone, was kind, courteous, and proficient. The branch officers were amazing. The bank has been wonderful and I have banked with them for over 20 years. I miss our branch tellers and managers. I miss the excellent service. I miss the ethics of the BB&T Bank. Truist has come in and I am seeking a new bank - the sooner the better. My review for Truist is that the customer service via phone has been rude, disinterested and a waste of time.
