I feel compelled after several poor experiences at other branches to write a review about this location. Every time I walk into this branch I feel as if I am greeted by friends and family. The staff at this location take the time to greet you, and get to know you by name which is fantastic. I find this amazing in times when good customer service is so hard to find. Continue the great work Venice Branch :) I hope you know you all are appreciated.
