I called the customer service number they are so freaking rude I Left Bank of America to come to BB&T I'm thinking about going back to Bank of America I am very disappointed
Stole money from me, over $280 in over draft fees, they will remove and rearrange transactions in order to collect overdraft fees, you can't trust people with your money, branch manager said "this is a business and we're here to make money too"
I wouldn't even of put one star if I had a choice..I have banked with them for 10 years now and this week I'm switching bank they are always taking money from us it's crazy!! I'm so over this bank. I'm $411 neg in my bank and over $320.00 is over draft fees! Stupid crazy I called two days in a row and they make one excuse after another. It's not the first time I have had prombles with them and money just disappearing for nothing too. Rating saids it all for them for sure!!!
I absolutely HATE dealing with BB&T can't wait to switch to an other mrtg bank, YOU GUYS SIMPLY SUCKS!!!!!!!!! 🖓��
