Holding cashier's checks for 10 days. Charging multiple accounts service fees. This bank has cost me over $200 in fees and interest in one month. They do not return calls. Awful doesn't begin to describe it! As soon as I can get 3 monthly direct deposits changed we will be leaving after 20 years!

Truist is the absolute worst Bank I have ever encountered. Since they bought out SunTrust it has been a nightmare. Honoring debits but not deposits, paypal instant transfers now take 2 to 5 days for truist to actually credit. Same goes for pay checks and any other direct deposits so if you use your paycheck even when it shows as a balance in your checking, if you spend that money you run the risk of over drafting because it's still "pending" so it's not actually in your account.
