Little to no respect for their customers. Mistakes repeated when making simple transactions. Not a good combination for word of mouth advertisement. Go elsewhere for your banking needs.
Mistakes are costly for the customer if the customer doesn't catch the mistake(s) on time.. I do not recommend their service.
Complaint against BB&T Bank 3/18/2021 My wife is repeatedly being asked questions from a bank teller when she does her banking there at the BB&T Bank in Gettysburg, Pa. These questions seem very odd as they are not the usual "Hi how are you today?" sort of questions.
