This bank has gone downhill horribly from a customer service standpoint. I have had accounts there for almost 20 years.. going back to when it was BB&T. The customer service deteriorated once it became Truist. Six months ago after repeated mistakes on their part regarding deposits going into the incorrect account as intended, I opened multiple accounts at another bank down the street. I still kept a minimum amount of funds in the Truist accounts in order to keep them open. My wife and I went back into Truist yesterday in ord... read more
The 1 bank teller working was very polite and professional. She did a great job managing a huge line of customers. Kept the line moving as fast as she could. It was a couple hrs before closing, and a day before the July 4th holiday. I was surprised to see the bank understaffed knowing everyone was going to show up before the 3 day holiday weekend. I hope management thanks her, and schedules a little better next time.
Customer service was awesome.
Very slow There is no urgency at all to this bank.
