Truist Bank at Dawsonville is the absolute worst! They have lied to us, made mistakes, they do not return calls they say they will return, their customer service is lacking, and they rarely, if ever answer their phone to help a customer! Ridiculous wait times while the girls inside chit chat. 3 cars between 2 lanes and it took 20 minutes. Thanks for screwing my day.
I left my ID at home, but had my debit card, SSN, EIN, and bank application on my phone to confirm any transactions for approval for a withdrawal. The teller said that the branch manager was not allowing them to let me withdraw. They sent about four other people there to tell them the same information, but the branch manager stayed in his office and wouldn’t come out to talk to me directly. Hopefully with this comment they can confirm my identity matches my account since the other avenues didn’t work for them.
