The bank is the worst and I've had accounts in all of them Chase treats me fine as soon as I can I will never do business with this group ever again.
Ever since this bank moved & combined the overall experience has been terrible. Customer service is unprofessional and not efficient. Today, I needed to make a deposit and all doors were locked/drive thru was closed had to make a phone call to understand why this was the case..nothing was posted on windows or doors. Also, if you have a larger vehicle do not bring it through the drive thru. You will rub your tires and get severe curb rash.

This place is terible. Finaced my new truck with them and they screwed up the first auto pay. Idiots.
I'm happy to say that when my son and I stepped foot in the door at BB&T, it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end.
