Casey, the branch leader, greeted me and told me that Laura would be with me shortly. Laura helped me set up a Trust account, was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional.
I sent my Autistic stepson to the bank this morning to deposit coins that I rolled up into my account. (Trying to teach him banking). Can you believe they would not let him DEPOSIT MONEY into my account. Then I tried calling them to explain and they would not answer my call. Thank you Truist! You are just what we need in this community. NOT!

I've had a very disappointing experience with this Truist branch. It often feels like they see customers as an inconvenience rather than a priority. After numerous frustrating encounters, I've decided to transfer all my personal and business finances to a local credit union that values my business more.
