The experience with Truist overall is by far THE WORST I’ve ever encountered with ANY BUSINESS!! Before Truist I was with Suntrust for over 5 years with absolutely NO problems but once Truist bought out Suntrust the nightmare began. Truist sent my debit card to the wrong address and refused to verify with me where the card was sent, not to mention the card was activated and USED. Luckily the transactions were declined but now my account is blocked I can’t get any of MY OWN money even going inside the branch. Truist is a JOKE... read more

Horrendously bad service. In general I think this is a poor bank and among this bank this is probably one of the worst branches.
This particular location is the worst!!! Doesn't matter what time I go to make deposits for my job I always wait a LONG time due to only ever having 2 employees working. I personally used this bank for a long time but got tired if the poor customer service 😪. I switched to Navy federal credit union and LOVE them. Even with having no branches near me I can do more in there app and over the phone then I ever could with BB&T. Hopefully one day in the future it will be better.
