Account was moved from another bank to BB&T. Couple months later they started a "maintenance fee". Ripped us off for $600.
This is a great branch, Dominic is the best relationship banker they have ever had at this location, very hard working, calls to follow up and true to his word. This branch has multiple Spanish speaking members. Habla Espanol. While my favorite branch is with Greg Dickinson on William Cannon in Southwest Austin. This is a good second. Easy in and out. Ask for a free water!
Excelente banco, te ofrecen atención inmediata y cordial, el gerente es muy diligente y ofrece varias alternativas para tus gestiones bancarias y adicional a todo esto todo su personal habla el español e inglés. Aperture su cuenta aquí, se los recomiendo.
