I have been a client of this banking institution for more than 20 since it was originally BB&T. Giving this branch a one star review is extremely generous. This morning I requested for copies of specific checks that I deposited in the last 4 years (48 monthly statements in total) . Please if you value the safety of your money do not deposit your money at any bbt location. They do not handle fraud situations accurately or fairly. The customer service and professionalism of every employee I have attempted to work with is terrible. There is zero empathy or support for my situation in which a third party has tried to make a claim on my account.
