This is the worst bank EVER!!!!! I have dealt at the bank Lycoming Creek Rd for over 20 years. Went through all the transitions and BBT was the last. The transition was a mess but I stuck with them. They NEVER have enough tellers or people to open accounts or answer questions. The last straw was when my husband and I, who BOTH have accounts there were turned down for a joint SAVINGS ACCOUNT! REALLY!!!!! Not a checking, not a credit card, a SAVINGS ACCOUNT!!! Not being able to have an account to direct deposit our tax refund ... read more
Branch office personnel are always helpful.
Only visited once. The place was nice inside and 2/3 tellers were nice.
ATM down again
They are the slowest bank ever! The workers are absolutely lazy and rude and would obviously perish if they had a sense of urgency. Don’t ever go there on a Saturday because they only keep one driving lane open and it literally takes at least five minutes per customer in line. They tried to turn ya away after we waited in line for 20 minutes on a Saturday. They tried to close and not serve us when it was their fault in the first place!
