Not a Truist anymore!!!
I would give this zero stars if I could. The representatives and manager (Jessica) at this location have no accountability and provide no help to customers. They provided me incorrect information around my account setup process which resulted in direct deposit checks being returned. Will be taking my money out in the next couple of days.
I have separate thoughts about Truist in general, but this branch really helped me navigate them.
I have had nothing but Positive experiences here at this Lakeline Location. Almendra helped me with my first Auto loan and she was outstanding. She took her time answering all my questions and gave me great advice. She went above and beyond and educated me along the way. Thank you so much, Almendra!
