Staff are the greatest
Fantastic bank! The staff are patient and made it easier for my children to wait. Highly recommend!
Not a Truist anymore!!!
I would give this zero stars if I could. The representatives and manager (Jessica) at this location have no accountability and provide no help to customers. They provided me incorrect information around my account setup process which resulted in direct deposit checks being returned. Will be taking my money out in the next couple of days.
I have separate thoughts about Truist in general, but this branch really helped me navigate them.
