What's the point of using bbt if the online banking doesn't work and what's the point of having customer service when they don't even know your name or even ask who they are speaking to, and and tell you they can't help you, going back to Wells Fargo at least they are nicer to you and greet you properly
The ATM at my local BB&T ate my money today, and didn’t credit my account. $570. It took all of it and then said my “items have been retained”. So I called inside the bank and the teller told me there was no transaction history or record of deposit, and couldn’t refund my money. So I sat at the atm and called the police. They wouldn’t help. So I refused to leave without my money and the teller made some phone calls and they said they’d credit my account by 4:30, it’s now 10pm and still nothing is there.
