Poor service. George was less than respectful. I was not pleased with my visit to this branch today. I walked to this branch since it is my neighborhood to cash a check. I was not able to cash the check due to normal bank processes since the check was newly cut and needed to be verified. I am ok with that as I am familiar with the processes. Bbt is the worst bank you can possibly bank with. Please avoid banking with truist or bbt. Seriously the worst bank customer support you could ever experience.
New to Atlanta and the bank is same as downtown. Definitely wasn't helpful to me today. Dont greet you when walkin in' I'll pass not coming back to this bank.
These people are lying, I come in always around the same time during the week 12pm and there is always only two people working, one at the teller station the other a manager, which is sad because it’s located in the heart of the city.
