This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with! First my account is frozen with no notification, I then call to ask about what happened and they proceed to tell me I have committed fraud on my own savings account even though I have had 2 transactions on there since it was opened?? No one will tell me how they confirmed fraud, but just that it’s confirmed… very professional. Cheryl was very sweet and the only nice thing I have to say about this process.
